5. Play Money Provisions

Play money provisions clarify that all virtual currency is worthless outside our platform. Coins, chips, and credits are for entertainment exclusively. Exchange, redemption, or transfer for real money or prizes is impossible. Account closure forfeits all virtual currency with no compensation.

6. User Code of Conduct

7. IP Rights Enforcement

Our framework for resolving issues requires contacting support through official channels. Expected response time is 5-7 business days for all communications. Disputes undergo mandatory good-faith negotiation before escalating to alternative remedies.
